By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Site.

1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Site.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Site and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Site or a third-party service.

2. Course Registration and Payment

By registering for our investment courses, you agree to pay all fees associated with the courses you select. All fees are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise stated and are non-transferable to other individuals.

Payment must be made through our approved payment methods. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our Site.

We reserve the right to modify the pricing of our products and services at any time. Any price changes will not affect courses that have already been purchased.

3. Course Access and Content

Upon successful registration and payment, we will provide you access to the course materials according to the course package you have purchased. Access to course materials is subject to the duration specified in the course description.

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, presentations, and other content provided through our Site, are the property of ProTrade Investing and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may access and view the course materials for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, transmit, or create derivative works from the course materials
• Transfer, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the course materials to any third party
• Use the course materials for any commercial purpose
• Share your account login credentials with any other person

4. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ProTrade Investing and its licensors. The Site is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate ProTrade Investing, a ProTrade Investing employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site, or which may harm ProTrade Investing or users of the Site

6. User Content

Our Site may allow you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("User Content"). You are responsible for the User Content that you post on or through the Site, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting User Content on or through the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to use and authorize us to use the User Content
• The User Content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyright rights, or other rights of any person
• The User Content does not contain any material that solicits personal information from anyone under 18 or exploit people under 18 in a sexual or violent manner

To the full extent permissible by applicable law, ProTrade Investing disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. ProTrade Investing does not warrant that the Site, its servers, or e-mail sent from ProTrade Investing are free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ProTrade Investing, its officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site
• Any content obtained from the Site
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

The limitation of liability applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if ProTrade Investing has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ProTrade Investing, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Site or contact us to request account deletion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Prince Edward Island, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
